Thermal Segregation Technology

VisIR is an infra-red scanning system for measuring asphalt thermal segregation, reduction of which is associated with higher performing and longer lasting pavements. Mounted to the top of the paver canopy, VisIR measures the temperature of material across the entire width of the mat as it moves out from behind the paver screed. Data is available immediately to paving operatives and management for review.

All data can be displayed in GIS and PMS for asset management and review purposes.
